2025 - Year in Review

What a year it’s been! From building new partnerships to exploring exciting emerging sectors, 2025 has been full of progress and possibilities. As we head into the festive season, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the achievements we’ve shared and the incredible support from our clients, candidates, and partners.

Here’s a look back at the highlights and a glimpse of what’s ahead in 2026.

Ben’s first year with RHL

On December 3rd, we celebrated Ben’s first anniversary at RHL! Since moving from the UK to Australia in August 2024, Ben has brought his recruitment expertise, from automotive to AI and advanced manufacturing, to our team. He’s settled in brilliantly, and we’re lucky to have him leading the charge as we continue to grow.

What we’ve been up to in 2025

This year has been all about action, innovation, and delivering results. Some of our standout achievements include:

  • New business wins with forward-thinking clients – We’re excited about the potential of quantum technology and its growing role in recruitment. We’ve already started working with an innovative company that is pushing boundaries in this space, and we see this as a major area for growth in 2026.

  • Filling roles with global talent – With ongoing skill shortages, we helped a client bridge their Toolmaking talent gap by placing four highly skilled candidates from overseas via sponsorship.

  • Personality testing for clients – Taking the lead in innovative recruitment, we help businesses make smarter hiring decisions by gaining a deeper understanding of candidate fit.

  • Up-skilling the team with AI tools – We’ve focused on mastering the latest AI tools like JobAdder and LinkedIn, attending webinars and training to serve clients and candidates even better.

Looking ahead to 2026

As we build on the momentum of 2025, we’re excited about what’s next. We’ll continue exploring opportunities in emerging sectors, helping clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market. At the same time, we’re committed to rethinking roles for greater productivity, embracing a skills-based approach to hiring that unlocks new potential for businesses and candidates alike. And as always, delivering an exceptional candidate experience remains at the heart of everything we do.
