Matthew's exposure to sometimes developing & disadvantaged geographic locations has helped him cultivate a strong empathetic cultural awareness. He understands the importance and increased emphasis of developing local talent. Furthermore, he has directly supported local content development projects by implementing mentoring & specific trainings for local team members.
