Salary range: $120- 150,000 p.a. plus benefits
Are you looking for a Resource Manager role in Sydney? Do you have 5 years' experience as a Resource Manager/Coordinator plus 2-3 years' experience working in a new product development environment? Our client is a global, customer focused manufacturing company which is enjoying a period of rapid growth. They now require a Resource Manager to take responsibility for managing and reporting on resource availability and constraints.
About the Company

Based in a bustling former industrial precinct, their corporate campus is a 15-minute train ride from the iconic Opera House and vibrant CBD.
You will be facilitating the fortnightly resource meeting with project and domain leads to ensure projects are staffed correctly and constraints identified and resolved. Whilst making sure that systems are in place to provide visibility of resources on projects and maintaining an even balance of work within each portfolio, you will also pursue ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and collaboration within the department, without compromising the teams' innovative spirit.
Skills and experience
An advanced problem solver, able to consult, facilitate and influence others, you'll have:
* Demonstrated track record of successfully leading process re-engineering/business optimisation initiatives
* Ability to understand, document and analyse a process
* Experience with principles of project management, productivity habits and design thinking
* Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel, Sharepoint, Visio, Aris
* Experience with online collaboration tools e.g. Confluence, Teams etc.
* Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and be a team player
