Role and Responsibilities
- Craft portfolio strategies (positioning, pricing, promotion) for optimal growth
- Uncover customer needs and trends to keep the product market-aligned
- Collaborate across teams to launch new offerings and features
- Prioritise product roadmaps based on customer needs and business goals
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, including product development, launch, and post-launch support
- Optimise product success with data-driven insights on performance
- Manage portfolio budgets to meet financial targets
- Communicate product updates and strategy to stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management/ portfolio management role
- Strategic Acumen: Translate customer insights into winning portfolio strategies
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to optimise portfolio performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and inspire diverse teams to deliver successful product launches within the portfolio
- Agile Champion: Navigate dynamic markets and ensure efficient product development across the portfolio
- Financial Management: Manage portfolio budgets and forecasts for maximised profitability
- Effective Communication: Clearly articulate portfolio strategy and updates to stakeholders
